Opportunity
We are looking for an individual to join us in our InfoComm Infrastructure Programme Centre to be part of the Infocomm Governance team where you will:
- Provide continuous governance of IT infrastructure systems
- Continuously challenge the status quo to rationalise and streamline the processes, policies, directives and standards in order to enhance governance and compliance
- Lead as Subject Matter Expert in the governance and compliance domain for implementation and O&S of IT infrastructure systems
- Promote effective internal controls and governance in O&S of IT Infrastructure systems
- Review industry best practices, standards and policies for the governance and compliance domain, and propose and adopt changes where possible for IT Infrastructure systems
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely remediations for governance and compliance
Requirement
- Tertiary qualification in Infocomm Security, Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent
- Strong interest or experience in ICT governance and compliance, and/or security practice
- Strong interest or technical competency in IT infrastructure systems and technologies/solutions
- Good understanding of cybersecurity attributes (e.g. confidentiality, integrity, availability, accountability, assurance, etc.) and security measures (e.g. authentication, authorization, etc.)
- Good understanding of system security architecture concepts including network topology, protocols, components and principles (e.g. application of Defence in-Depth)
- Past experience in audit or security roles with hands-on knowledge of ICT governance and compliance, security practice, or IT infra design, implementation and/or operations, with relevant certifications, such as CCNA, CDCP, ITIL, CISSP, will be a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills, resourceful, meticulous and observant for details
- Able to multi-task, work independently and as a team
- Thrive in a dynamic working environment
