Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Associate Engineer / Associate Engineer to join our team and provide premium customer support to our senior VIP clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently, providing targeted IT support and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted IT support and services for senior VIPs, ensuring that their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Recommend hardware and software solutions, perform new technology acquisitions and upgrades.
  • Work independently and take ownership of your work.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and provide timely updates on progress.
  • Provide excellent customer service, meeting or exceeding clients' expectations.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology (or equivalent).
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows desktop OS, Browsers, Microsoft Office and Outlook preferred.
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting printers, networks and peripherals (Tablets, Phones, KVM etc.) preferred.
  • Good knowledge in Operating System (Windows, MAC, Android, IOS), Active Directory, Group Policy Object, Disk Encryption and Antivirus software would be advantageous.
  • Sound analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good people management and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as a team
  • Demonstrates assertiveness, pro-activeness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

If you have previous experience in a service delivery or technical support role, supporting organization leaders, it will be an added advantage.
