Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our HR Benefits Service Team, where you will drive and ensure the smooth and effective delivery of HR benefits service to all staff and line units in order to meet business objectives and enhance employee engagement. The role will require you to:

  • Lead the team in delivering the full suite of HR benefits service to staff and line units; this includes various provisions such as leave and medical benefits, group insurance, flexible work arrangements, awards, staff declaration and exit management.
  • Collaborate with relevant HR teams to review and implement related HR policies that meet business outcomes and are in accordance with legislations and governance frameworks.
  • Continuously review and streamline HR workflow and processes to ensure smooth implementation of HR policies that may also be reviewed regularly.
  • Leverage IT to digitize manual processes and reduce man-effort, to bring about greater efficiency and enhanced employee experience.
  • Actively engage Management, HR partners, line business and staff in reviewing and rolling out the HR provisions.
  • Undertake projects as necessary to improve HR service delivery and other tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

 

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in any discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in HR, preferably within the engineering or technology industry
  • Experience in managing teams in a shared service environment would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of HR practices and functions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good IT/systems knowledge and skills
  • Meticulous and independent individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Candidates with fewer years of relevant work experience may be considered for the position of Senior Manager
