Opportunity


We are looking for an individual to join us in Employee Services team where you will support corporate initiatives, workplace health programmes and employees welfare. The role will require you to:

  • Support and ensure effective delivery of administrative and welfare services
  • Process and audit welfare claims, improve claims systems and processes
  • Liaise with employees on their welfare and logistics requirements
  • Review employees' welfare needs and recommend corporate welfare provisions
  • Plan and implement corporate initiatives that improve existing processes, enhance efficiency in the administration and meet cost effectiveness
  • Plan and execute organisation’s workplace health programmes
  • Lead staff to support daily operational requirements of line entities

 

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Arts and Social Sciences, Humanities, or related fields
  • Preferably with some work experience in customer service and events management
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Good team player

Candidates with relevant work experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Manager.
